PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trocar for use in forming a passage in a bone and an assembly with a trocar sleeve. SOLUTION: This assembly with trocar sleeve includes: the trocar provided with at least one projection radially extending from the axis in a longitudinal distance; a trocar sleeve 248 disposed in a longitudinal distance and having at least one longitudinal groove in a side wall of a hole extending at the closed terminal part; and a rod inserted through the hole of the trocar sleeve 248 and extending through the passage formed in the bone, wherein the longitudinal distance is a distance such that when at least one radial projection is combined with at least one longitudinal groove, a piercing peak part at the terminal of the trocar is projected from the terminal side end part of the sleeve, whereby the trocar and the trocar sleeve are connected to each other to be disengaged from each other so as to rotate in a body and make longitudinal motion directed toward the terminal.
