PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the acquisition of language through practicing mastering correct pronunciation so that a user can make himself/herself understood and have a conversation in the language. SOLUTION: By combining an image analysis technology by a pronunciation evaluating device 45 and speech analysis, the lip movements are traced and analyzed. That means, besides performing speech processing of speech data by a speech evaluation decision processing section 44, analysis of video data photographing the lip movements is carried out.
