PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a rotating body compact in size, while being a structure with two members, in a magnet-type generator provided with a rotating body of a cylindrical shape having a bottom, in which a permanent magnet is fixed on the inside circumference of the cylindrical portion and fitted to the outside of a stator core, as well as, to reduce the cost of the body. SOLUTION: The rotating body 5 is structured with a bottom piece member 6, where a boss portion 2 (6b) into which a drive shaft is fitted, is formed, and a cylindrical piece member 7, on the inside circumferential surface of which a magnet 8 is mounted and into which the stator core 4 is fitted. These two members are integrated at a screw fitting portion, where screw grooves 7c formed on the outer circumference of the bottom piece portion 7 and screw grooves 6c formed at one end side of the cylindrical piece member 6 screw toin an integrated manner.
