摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call center system in which a call tariff is not generated when transferring an incoming call between call center devices. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a call center system constituted of a plurality of call center devices, wherein each of the call center devices comprises a private branch exchange accepting an incoming call from an outside line telephone device, a plurality of operator terminals each capable of speaking with the outside line telephone device, and at least one CTI server for relaying the incoming call accepted by the private branch exchange to any operator terminal. In one call center devices, the CTI server transfers the incoming call through an IP network to a call center device different from the one call center device in response to a transfer instruction from an operator terminal which relays the incoming call, and relays the transferred incoming call from the call center device different from the one call center device through the IP network to any operator terminal.
