PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network of mechanical oscillators or electromechanical oscillators coupled together, of which the structure is simple and formed by a reduced number of elements. SOLUTION: A basic oscillator (18), having two masses (1, 2) oscillating out of phase by means of a closed-contour coupling beam (3), is arranged in a plurality of sets, in a generally linear or two-dimensional network. Linking beams (19, 20) pass through the rows of the network, to join the oscillators and anchoring points (21) for anchoring to a substrate.
