PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plurality of regional advertising information containing time information to a viewer time-sequentially. SOLUTION: The program information multiplexed by received digital broadcasting wave or digital broadcasting stream from the Internet 15 is stored in an EPG data storage section 4, and advertising information of limited offer and advertising regional information is stored in an advertising information storage section 5. The current location of this device is stored in a location information storage section 7. When a display command of EPG is issued, an advertising information display data creating section 8 creates EPG provided with a limited offer column for every time frame from program information of the EPG data storage section 4, fetches advertising information capable of displaying in the current location from the advertising information storage section 5 based on the advertising regional information in the advertising information storage section 5 and the current location in the location information storage section 7, and adds to the limited offer column of the time frame corresponding to the limited offer time in EPG.
