PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the changeover of a relay station by appropriately informing timing for changing a relay station. SOLUTION: A reproduction section 102 reproduces content received by a mobile unit using a reception section 101 via an arbitrary relay station. A sensing section 103 senses the reception sensitivity of content received from a plurality of relay stations that include the arbitrary relay station and can relay the content. A retrieval section 104 retrieves other relay stations differing from the arbitrary relay station having reception sensitivity higher than that of the arbitrary relay station from the plurality of relay stations, where the reception sensitivity is sensed by the sensing section 103. A generation section 105 generates guidance information for changing the relay station relaying the content from the arbitrary relay station to other ones when the retrieval section 104 retrieves other relay stations.
