PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electronic device, especially an organic thin-film transistor, that can be manufactured in a simple wet process, has improved transistor characteristics, and has improved stability with the lapse of time in the atmosphere or at a high temperature and high humidity, and to provide a manufacturing method of the organic electronic device.
