PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonionic surfactant composition suppressing liquid deterioration in storage of an alkylene oxide adduct synthesized using a composite metal oxide catalyst. SOLUTION: The nonionic surfactant composition contains 85-95 mass% of the alkylene oxide adduct obtained by addition-reacting a fatty acid alkyl ester and an alkylene oxide in the presence of the composite metal oxide catalyst, contains an antioxidant, and has pH of 4.0-7.0.
