PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box which is capable of ensuring a sufficient displaying space for displaying a product description or the like on its side surface, exhibited with excellent appearance, capable of easily taking out a vial or the like, and inserting the vial or the like in an opening part on a bottom side of the packaging box and smoothly stored while a product instruction being covered over its head. SOLUTION: A bottom holder 10 is provided on each of a pair of opposing bottom flaps 9 out of bottom flaps 9. Each bottom holder 10 comprises an inner wall part 11 continuous to the bottom flap 9, an upper wall part 12 continuous to the inner wall part 11, and a fixed plate 13 which is continuous to the upper wall part 12 and fixed to inner surfaces of side plates 3 and 4 with the bottom flaps 9 being continuously provided thereon. When the bottom flap 9 is arranged on the same surface as the right plate 4 with the bottom plate 9 being continuous thereto, the inner wall part 11 and the upper wall part 12 of the bottom holder 10 are folded over each bottom flap 9.
