PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washable electric shaver which can demonstrate stable sealability for a long period. SOLUTION: The washable electric shaver includes a body case 1 with an assembling port 2 opened at the upper end and a shaver unit 3 inserted and loaded therein. The shaver unit 3 is configured by a chassis unit 10 and a head unit 11. On the chassis unit 10, electric parts such as a motor 12, a cell 13, etc. are intensively placed. On the head unit 11, mechanical parts such as a cutter 15, a shaving foil 16, a transmission mechanism 17, etc. to transmit motor power are intensively placed. Two waterproof seals 70, 71 are placed between both units 10, 11 to prevent washing water from getting inside the body case 1 and the chassis unit 10. The first waterproof seal 70 is place around an output shaft 12a of the motor 12. The second waterproof seal 71 is placed between joining circumferences of both units 10, 11.
