PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine wherein the disposition places of game devices equipped on the backside of a game board or the like are not limited by a ball guiding rail. SOLUTION: The Pachinko game machine 10 includes a ball storage tank 19, a prize ball putout mechanism 15, and the ball guiding rail 20 for guiding Pachinko balls stored in the ball storage tank 19 to the prize ball putout mechanism 15. The ball guiding rail 20 is disposed in a state of being projected so as to be along the outer side of the ball storage tank 19, the game device 29 provided on the game board 16 is projected to the backside of the Pachinko game machine, and the game device 29 is attached to the game board 16 so that the upper part of the backside projection part of the game device 29 is positioned in a space between the ball guiding rail 20 and the game board 16.
