PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face washer with compact mechanism to remove soil or sebum of a face skin to activate tissue at low cost to overcome issues such that a system to wash the surface of a face with a jet or suck the same by negative pressure is insufficient, soil deep in pores cannot be sufficiently removed, or effect of massaging by putting a pad on the face is not sufficiently expected. SOLUTION: The face washer 100 comprises a liquid conduit 8 with a jet port 14, a drive part motor 12 to rotate a rotation shaft, and a liquid supply part (water tank 3 and water chamber 15) to supply liquid to the liquid conduit 8 and the jet port 14 of the liquid conduit 8.
