PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ceiling plate that protects a heat-sensitive part from external forces without deteriorating its sensitivity. SOLUTION: A ceiling plate 3 is provided over an area from an installation hole 2a opened in a ceiling 2 to the outer surface of the sprinkler head 1 protruding its leading end toward floors, so that it can cover a gap between the inner surface of the installation hole 2a and the outer surface of the sprinkler head 1 from the lower side of the ceiling 2. The fixing part 3a is fixed to the sprinkler head 1 at one end, while at the other end, it has a guard 3b provided along the outer circumference of the heat sensitive part 1b provided at the tip 1a of the sprinkler head 1.
