MULTI-STAGE SWITCH CONTROL CIRCUIT

[PROBLEMS] To provide a multi-stage switch control circuit capable of setting a unit switch at a higher speed than in the conventional technique. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A first and a second control element (71, 72) of the upper half node are connected to a first section (75a) of a bus (75) so as to constitute a first cluster. A third and a fourth control element (73, 74) of the lower half node are connected to a second section (75b) of the bus (75) so as to constitute a second cluster. A bus switch (77) functioning as cluster forming means is arranged between the first section (75a) and the second section (75b) of the bus (75) so as to make a connection/disconnection between the first section (75a) and the second section (75b). The first to the fourth control elements (71 to 74) respectively transmit switch control signals to the corresponding unit switches at the respective stages.
