Disclosed is a selectively permeable material which is obtained by dispersing a solid additive into a polymer having an organosiloxane structure. When oxygen and nitrogen are caused to permeate a membrane which is made of the selectively permeable material, the relation between the permeability coefficients (cm³ cm sec^-1 cm^-2 cmHg^-1) of oxygen and nitrogen at 23 ± 2°C at a transmembrane pressure difference of 0.15-1.20 atm is represented by the formula (1) below. In the formula below, P(O₂) represents the permeability coefficient of oxygen and P(N₂) represents the permeability coefficient of nitrogen. (1)
