The invention relates to metallurgy. A method for relining of converter comprises the abandonment in the converter of final slag of preliminary smelting, application on the lining of slag skull by rotary gunite-tuyere with nozzles by blowing of a slag bath from the top of neutral gas jets and supply onto a lateral surface of converter in oxidizing jets of gun mixture at variable height of gunite-tuyere and change of a direction of jets rotation on opposite after each rotation of the tuyere on 180 ° around of vertical axis, at that the blowing of the slag bath and application of gun mixture on lining of the converter is made simultaneous supply of neutral and oxidizing gases or gas-powder jets in mutually perpendicular planes. Additionally, a gunite-tuyere is claimed for implementation of the method. The invention allows reducing consumption of gun mixture, increasing resistance slag skull and prolongation of the term of operation of converter units. |
