The decoding of encrypted data is made impossible to prevent the leakage of the data. An encrypted data obtained by the encryption of processing subj ect data are comprised of header data (501) and many encrypting cutoff data (502). The encrypting cutoff data (502) except the last ones include informa tion essential to decode the next encrypting cutoff data (502). In the prese nt invention the first encrypting cutoff data (502) are destroyed at just th e right time to make the decoding of the encrypted data impossible.
