Wheelchair with double handrail

The wheelchair has co-axial rear drive wheels arranged on both sides of a chassis of the wheelchair. Large and small handrails (8, 9) respectively have outer rings (34, 30) moved in a plane perpendicular to axis of the wheels, where each handrail is co-axial to and coupled to the corresponding wheel. The handrail (9) is associated with one of the wheels such that an axial position of the outer ring (30) is modifiable with respect to an axial position of the outer ring (34) of the handrail (8).
