[Also in Division C5] Novel compounds of the general formula where R 1 , R 2 , R 3 and R 4 each represent an amino group substituted by one or two openchained, cyclic or heterocyclically substituted open-chained aliphatic radicals, or an unsubstituted or substituted, saturated 3-7 membered N-heterocycle which may contain further hetero atoms, which heterocycle is bound by way of a ring N-atom, R 5 is -N = C(R 1 )(R 2 ) or R 1 , R 2 , R 3 or R 4 ; and R 6 =H or C 1-4 alkyl, are prepared by reacting a compound of formula:- with where one of Y and Y<SP>1</SP> = F, Cl or Br and the other is -NH 2 or the radical of a primary or secondary open chain aliphatic amine, the reaction being performed in the presence of an acid-binding agent and, optionally, an inert gas and a solvent or diluent at 100-300‹ C. In the examples 2 - (1<SP>1</SP>,3<SP>1</SP> - di - n - octadecyl - guanidino) - 4 - n - octadecylamino - 6 - chloro - triazine and 2 - ethylamino - 4,6 - bis - n - octadecylamino - s - triazine are reacted to yield N - [2 - (11,31 - di - n - octadecyl - guanidino) - 4 - n - octadecylamino - s - triazinyl - (6)] - N - [2<SP>11</SP>,4<SP>11</SP> - bis - n - octadecylamino - s - triazinyl - (6<SP>11</SP>)]-ethylamine. N,N-bis-[2-(1<SP>1</SP>,3<SP>1</SP>-di-n-octadecyl - guanidino) - 4 - n - octadecylamino - s - triazinyl-(6)]-ethylamine is similarly obtained.</p> |
