A voice relay radiotelegraph and a voice relay system using the same are provided to overcome the limitation of communication distance by implementing the communication through the voice relay radiotelegraph, thereby expanding the communication distance practically. A voice relay system comprises a radio transmitter(1), a relay radiotelegraph(2) and a radio receiver(3). The radio transmitter requires the relay for voice signals through the relay radiotelegraph. The relay radiotelegraph transmits the requested voice signals to the radio receiver when the radio transmitter requests the relay for the voice signals. The radio receiver transmits a receipt confirming signal for informing the receipt of the voice signal to the radio transmitter through the relay radiotelegraph when receiving the voice signals of the radio transmitter through the relay radiotelegraph.
