<p>An air conditioner management system using a refrigerant/oil checker is provided to protect a cylinder by forming a disturbance plate inside the cylinder to soften the impact due to thermal shock. An air conditioner management system using a refrigerant/oil checker comprises a cylinder part(100), an evaporator(300), a three-way valve(500), an electronic high pressure gauge(600) and a high pressure blocking valve(700), a discharging valve(800), an electronic low pressure gauge(660), moisture and acidity detecting sensors(160,170), a temperature and moisture detecting sensor for a blowing port, and a control part(900). The cylinder part consists of an upper cap(120) and a lower cap(130), an inlet hole(122), an oil discharging hole(132), and a refrigerant discharging hole(142). The evaporator has a disturbance plate(310) for separating the refrigerant and the oil while softening the pressure of the mixture of high pressure. The three-way valve supplies the oil and the refrigerant to a low pressure part of the air conditioner(400) via a lower pressure line(410) by selectively discharging the oil and the refrigerant via a discharging hole(510). The electronic high pressure gauge and the high pressure blocking valve measure the pressure of the mixture through a high pressure line(210). The discharging valve discharges the refrigerant, the oil, and air inside the cylinder through a discharging hole(810). The electronic low pressure gauge measures the pressure of an injection valve(680) for injecting the refrigerant and the oil. The moisture and acidity detecting sensors detect the moisture and the acidity inside the cylinder. The temperature detecting sensors sense the external temperature, and the temperature value of a high pressure part(200) and the lower pressure part the air conditioner. The control part outputs a sensing value through a display part and controls corresponding component elements.</p> |
