A GPS signal repeater system and a method thereof are provided to eliminate shadow regions of a GPS signal by compensating two-dimensional positioning data or the time delay. A time delay compensation unit(171) compensates a GPS signal from a GPS receiving device(11) to a GPS transmission device(13). A location compensation unit(172) compensates the location information by adding two-dimensional information of longitude/latitude according to an installation location of the GPS signal transmission device to the previously stored two-dimensional location information of longitude/latitude. The GPS transmission device connection unit(173) as a contact port of the GPS signal transmission device connects the GPS signal transmission device to a main processing unit(17). An external connection unit(175) connects an external control terminal to the main processing unit, so as to store the two-dimensional information of longitude/latitude and time information in the main processing unit.
