An elastic force reinforcement composition is provided to prevent the crack due to the common use of an organic material and an inorganic material after construction and to minimize environmental pollution. An elastic force reinforcement composition comprises 60-70 wt% of a polymer of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer and an acetate monomer having a high adhesive strength and flexibility; 5-10 wt% of a homogeneous phase of a thermoplastic elastomer and a water-dispersible rubber; 10-20 wt% of a water-soluble urethane resin binder; 1-2 wt% of a polymer silicone compound; 10-20 wt% of a drier comprising a water-soluble organic solvent and a metal drier; and 3-10 wt% of benzoate-based and phthalate-based plasticizers.
