<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating machine which can conduct good lamination while preventing a pressing mark from appearing without using an expensive device such as a servo-motor under no specific control. <P>SOLUTION: A stage 23 which is rotatable by a rotary shaft 22 parallel to the central rotating axis is arranged at near the upper side of a roller 21. The stage 23 has a movable part 23a movable by a first air cylinder 24a at a first speed and a movable stopper 27, and the movable part 23a has a positioning unit 28 and absorbs and holds a work A. A stage 33 is installed so as to face the movable part 23a with a prescribed angle and adsorbs and holds a work B. The movable part 23a is moved in the allow direction at the first speed to contact the positioning unit 28; then, the stage 33 is moved to the side of the roller 21 at a lower speed than the first speed by a big driving force.
