<p>The lamp comprises a sealed discharge vessel (100), at least two electrodes (104,105), and an outer cylinder (116) enclosing the discharge vessel. The outer cylinder has a reed-like extension (119) which encloses a reed-like projection of the discharge vessel. A base (110,111) from electrically isolating material comprises a first (112) and a second electric contact (113), and a recording arrangement, in which the reed-like extension is fixed. The lamp comprises a sealed discharge vessel having a reed-like projection (118) at its end (101) facing its base. The electrodes are provided for producing a gas discharge emitting light. An outer cylinder is fastened at the discharge vessel, enclosing the discharge vessel at least partially, whereby the outside cylinder has a reed-like extension which encloses the reed-like projection of the discharge vessel. A base from electrically isolating material comprises a first (112) and a second electric contact (113), and a recording arrangement, in which the reed-like extension is fixed. A current supply (108) projects from the end of the discharge vessel near the base, proceeding within the reed-like projection, and connects a first electrode with the first base contact electrically. A current supply (109) on the other side of the discharge vessel connects a second electrode (104) over a current conductor (115) proceeding outside the outer cylinder to the base, with the second base contact. The recording arrangement comprises a collar (125) formed at the base, which is arranged between the reed-like projection of the discharge vessel and the reed-like extension of the outer cylinder, bordering at the inside of the extension.</p> |
