PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroconductive polymer composition that has elasticity and flexibility of a rubber and a good moldability of a resin at the same time, as well as a low electric resistance and a good recyclability. SOLUTION: The electroconductive polymer composition comprising dispersing a crosslinkable rubber and/or a thermoplastic elastomer in a thermoplastic resin and/or a thermoplastic elastomer by dynamic crosslinking. An ion conductive resin type antistatic agent containing a block-copolymerized resin containing at least a polyether and a metal salt is dispersed in the thermoplastic resin and/or the thermoplastic elastomer which constitute the matrix. The electroconductive polymer composition has a compression set of≤30% at a measuring temperature of 70°C for a measuring time of 22-24 hours as measured by the permanent set testing method for vulcanized rubber stipulated in JIS K6262 and a volume resistivity of≤10<SP>11.0</SP>[Ωcm] at an applied voltage of 1,000 V stipulated in JIS K6911.
