A decelerator for a geared motor and the geared motor are provided to enable the decelerator to rotate the decelerator for a long time by decreasing an axis directional length of the decelerator. An inner pin(54) for restricting a rotation of an external-teeth gear(42) is formed on an inner pin plate(48). A decelerator(30) and a flat motor(32) are coupled with each other through an inner pin plate at an axis directional motor side of the external-teeth gear. An output flange(68) is integrated with an inner-teeth gear(40) and arranged on an opposite surface with respect to the axis directional motor. An eccentricity axis(46) is supported on a casing body of the decelerator. A first bearing(70), the output flange, the inner-teeth gear, and a cross roller(74) are applied on a first support system(SP1).
