<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist in creating messages to be sent to information receivers in an online education service or a call center. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Operation histories, which comprise information input from information receivers' terminals 10 and received by the program 31 of an operation history processor 30 and histories of information browsing, are classified by a program 32 to create classified information 52. In that case, a message 51 input from an information provider's terminal 20 and transmitted to the information receiver's terminal 10 and the classified information 52 are made in a pair and stored in a message/operation history classified information storage device 50 as assist message history information. When an operation history is newly received from the information receiver's terminal 10, a program 43 is used to search for assist message history information that is the same or similar to the classified information and the message is displayed on the information provider's terminal 20, whereby the operation of creating messages by the information provider is removed.
