<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shared resource dispersion control device which can provide network resources of stable quality to respective communication terminals sharing the network resources and can be applied to general networks. <P>SOLUTION: A dispersion control part 11a which is the shared resource dispersion control device is provided with a resource amount determination part 97 for determining the resource amount of shared resources, a terminal determination part 93 for determining another communication terminal utilizing the same network resource, a resource amount distribution part 61 for distributing the resource amount with the other communication terminal, and a communication control part 57 for limiting the network resource using amount of its own communication terminal to the distributed resource amount or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
