INNER PIPE ANTI-VIBRATING STRUCTURE FOR DOUBLE PIPE, AND ITS FIXING METHOD AND CONSTRUCTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner pipe anti-vibrating structure for a double pipe, which suppresses the vibration of an inner pipe when water hammer occurs, without using a shock absorbing material.

SOLUTION: In the double pipe 11 having the cold/hot water supply inner pipe 27 inserted into a sheathed pipe 25, a corrugated pipe is used as the sheathed pipe 25 which is expansive in the axial direction and whose inner diameter is larger than the outer diameter of the inner pipe in the elongated condition and smaller in the shrunk condition than in the elongated condition. A shrunk portion 25a shrunk in the axial direction is provided as part of the sheathed pipe 25 in the elongated condition for suppressing the vibration of the inner pipe 27. The shrunk portion 25a of the sheathed pipe 25 is fixed at both ends with fixing members 29.
