<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence member superior in anticorrosiveness, and hardly cut by a cutter. <P>SOLUTION: This fence member 10 is composed of a bar-shaped core material 11 composed of a fiber reinforced resin hardened material impregnated with a matrix resin composition with reinforced fiber including hardly cutting fiber, and a surface layer 12 having nonwoven fabric. The surface layer 12 is composed of the hardened material hardened by being impregnated with a part of the matrix resin composition included in a fiber reinforced resin constituting of the core material 11 and the nonwoven fabric.
