<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a client terminal monitoring system capable of monitoring a client terminal while protecting the privacy or the like of an operator of a client terminal in monitoring the operation of the client terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The client terminal monitoring system is provided with a monitoring terminal which comprises: a screen information receiving part for receiving the screen information of each client terminal; a screen information storage part; a screen information analysis part for extracting character information included in the screen information; a specific information storage part; a determination part for determining whether there is character information coincident with specific information out of the extracted character information or not; a display change processing part for performing display change processing for disabling the character information of a previously determined prescribed area out of the screen information from being read when the existence of coincident character information is determined; and a screen information display part for displaying the screen information processed by the display change processing on a display device of the monitoring terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
