<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person who desires to purchase a commodity to order the commodity while viewing his/her own budget implementation state. <P>SOLUTION: The budget implementation state of each user is managed in association with a user ID used at the time of the user's log-in. A budget implementation state button 2a is provided within a purchase request registration window for making a purchase request by the person who desires to purchase.
