PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viewing information transmission system capable of confirming whether or not a person is safe at low cost without making the target person whose safety is to be confirmed feel unpleasant. SOLUTION: In the viewing information transmission system, a television 40A transmits a signal having a channel number and time to an IP telephone management server 20 once receiving a request to transmit viewing information from the IP telephone management server 20. The IP telephone management server 20 stores a history of viewing of the television 40A. Then when there is a request for the history of viewing from a television 40B, the IP telephone management server 20 transmits the history of viewing to the television 40B on condition that the television 40B is a device to which it is permitted to transmit the history of viewing of the television 40A.
