PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the wiring layout of a power source line capable of enhancing aperture ratios of pixels while setting the array pitch of the pixels at equal spacings. SOLUTION: The electrooptical device of the present invention is provided with a plurality of pixels (10) arranged in a matrix form, including electrooptical elements driven by receiving power supply from a power source circuit. The plurality of pixels (10) constitute a plurality of pixel groups composed of a series of the pixels lining up at least in one direction of a row direction or a column direction. Wiring forming regions (31, 32, 33 and 34) are disposed between respective pixel groups, of the plurality of pixel groups, and the widths of the wiring forming regions (31, 32, 33 and 34) are approximately equal to one another.
