The nut has a second set of threads that are disposed on a radially inner surface of the nut, and the second set of threads is structured to threadably engage the first set of threads. The coupling is structured to attach the bolt to an object, and the coupling and the nut are structured to maintain the substantially convex surface of the head in an abutting relationship with a substantially concave surface of the object.
