<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably transmit and receive information on a wheel state in a tire pneumatic pressure monitoring system. <P>SOLUTION: In this wheel state monitoring system 200, wheel state detection units 16 are so installed as to correspond to wheels 14, respectively, and transmit, by radio, the detected wheel state in the form of the information on the wheel state. A request signal transmitter 22 transmits, by radio, a signal for requesting the transmission of the information on the wheel state. When receiving the transmission request signal, each of the wheel state detection units 16 transmits the detected wheel state in the form of the information of the wheel state together with the information on indication for specifying that the wheel state is at the time of receiving. An ECU 100 sets a threshold for determining tire pneumatic pressure alarm processing according to the information on the wheel state transmitted from the wheel state detection unit 16 in response to the transmission request signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
