PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fix a shield cover. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the shield cover includes a circuit board 13, and the shield cover 31 having an insertion section 32 inserted into a spacing formed between the circuit board 13 and a shield cover fixing section 23 disposed along the circuit board 13. The insertion section 32 of the shield cover 31 has an elastically deformable projecting part 33, and the end of the insertion section 32 and the shield cover fixing section 23 come into contact with each other by the elastic force at the projecting part 33 while the projecting part 33 and the circuit board 13 are brought into contact with each other.
