PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a plurality of functional blocks to be respectively synchronously operated under the condition that the plurality of functional blocks and a controller, which controls the operation of the respective functional blocks, are connected to one bus and only communication in the direction from the controller to the respective functional blocks is permitted. SOLUTION: In the functional block associating system including the controller which gives an operation instruction in a predetermined order to each of the plurality of functional blocks through one bus to which a constraint is imposed, the controller, when giving the operation instruction to the one to give the operation instruction first, gives timing information indicating a time difference between the time to give the operation instruction and the time of giving the operation instruction to the first function block of the order, and the function block other than the function block which receives the operation instruction first corrects a start timing according to the given timing information and then starts processing intrinsic to the functional block.
