METHOD FOR PRODUCING POLYMER COMPOSITION, POLYMER COMPOSITION, AND INSULATED ELECTRICAL WIRE AS WELL AS WIRE HARNESS USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polymer composition and the polymer composition having an improved mechanical characteristics such as abrasion resisitance etc., in spite of containing a filler, and to provide an insulated electrical wire as well as wire harness using the polymer composition as an insulating material. SOLUTION: The polymer composition is produced by kneading at least a polymer and a filler while giving acoustic wave or ultrasonic wave whose frequency is desirably within the range of 1-200 kHz. The polymer composition thus obtained is used as a cover material of an insulated electrical wire that is used for an electrical wire bundle of a wire harness. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
