PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening member having proper reproducibility for sealability in a fastening state. SOLUTION: The fastening member 17 for fastening a housing 11 and a housing cover 13 has a head part 31 and a shaft part 32 that extends from the bearing face 31a of the head part 31, and further includes a fastening member main body 30, where a male screw part 33 is formed on the tip of the shaft part 32 and a collar part 34, having a diameter smaller than that of the bearing face 31a, is formed at the intermediate portion of the shaft part 32; and a sealing member 40 which is externally fitted to the shaft part 32 between the head part 31 and the collar part 34 and has the outside diameter D1 larger than the outside diameter D2 of the collar part 34.
