The system has a general identification databank, into which general user identification data for the identification by authentic general users and code as well as the general user identification data units for respective general users are registered. An information database stores the specified information for the respective codes. A general server is provided, accessible over a network and a private server, which is accessible only by an authentic special user. A special identification databank, registers special user identification data for the identification of the authentic special user and code as well as some general user identification data units. - The codes are connected with special user identification data. If identification data, which are entered by a general user for the access to the general server, agree with any of the user identification data units, then the general user is permitted to access the network. If identification data, which are given by the special user to the access of the private server, having special user identification data, and registered in the special user identification data bank, agree then the user is permitted to enter the special area. |
