<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film having excellent electron transport properties or electron injection properties when formed into the film by a coating method. <P>SOLUTION: The film comprises a polymer having a residue after eliminating one or more hydrogen atoms from an alkali metal phenoxide. In the film, the repeating unit is represented by formula (1) [wherein, M represents an alkali metal; R represents a substituent; and p represents an integer of 0-4]. The film for an organic semiconductor device, an electron transport layer and an electron injection layer composed of the film, an organic semiconductor device, an organic electroluminescent device and an organic thin-film solar cell having the film are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
