<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear surface protective sheet for a solar cell wherein no warpage occurs even if it is cut to a specified size when it is used for a solar cell module and that can be efficiently used as a rear surface protective sheet. <P>SOLUTION: A pressure sensitive adhesive layer is laminated on a surface having mold releasability of a mold releasing material layer, and a fluorine-based resin is directly applied to the pressure sensitive adhesive layer to form a fluorine-based film layer by a melting extruding method. The fluorine-based film are laminated to form a three-layer film. The mold releasing material layer is peeled off from the three-layer film, and a substrate film layer is laminated on the surface of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer of the two-layer film by the pressure press-fitting method so as to form a laminated body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
