<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacity control valve for a variable displacement compressor provided with a relief valve mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: The capacity control valve 200 controls delivery capacity by opening and closing a communication path 121 establishing communication between a crank chamber 105 and a delivery chamber 120 of the variable displacement compressor 100. The capacity control valve 200 is provided with; a valve hole 211c communicating to the delivery chamber at one end and opening to a valve chamber 211b at another end; a valve element 212 arranged in the valve chamber communicating to the crank chamber and opening and closing the valve hole; a first spring 213 arranged in the valve chamber and energizing the valve element in a valve close direction; a transmission rod 215 which is inserted through a guide hole 211d formed in a valve housing 211, one end part of which entering the valve hole, can abut on the valve element, the other end of which enters a pressure chamber 216 insulated from the valve hole; a second spring 218 energizing another end part of the transmission rod toward the valve element with opposing to the first spring 213; and a valve drive means 220 energizing an assembly integrating the valve element and the transmission rod with receiving energizing force of the first spring and energizing force of the second spring, and controlling open and close of the valve hole by driving the valve element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
