<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle with a failure report device capable of widely coping with not only vehicle theft but also fuel theft or fuel leakage with a simple constitution, and reporting abnormality information quickly and surely. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle includes the abnormality report device 10 comprising a failure detection means for outputting a failure signal corresponding to detection of a vehicle failure and a radio transmission means 15 for reporting by radio from the vehicle, failure information corresponding to the failure signal received from the failure detection means.
