<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner supply device capable of stably supplying toner by preventing the rise of the cohesive degree of toner while making the bulk density of the toner stable. <P>SOLUTION: The toner supply device 3 has a buffer part 28 for storing the toner, and a replenishing pipe 14 for conveying the toner received from the buffer part 28 to a developing device 5, and has a conveying screw 21 provided in the buffer part 28, a replenishing screw 32 provided in the replenishing pipe 14 and provided so that the pitch of a downstream side screw part 32J may be wider than the pitch of an upstream side screw part 32I, and a driving motor M driving the screws 21 and 32. Assuming that toner feeding amount of the conveying screw 21 per unit driving time is V1, toner feeding amount of the upstream side screw part 32I of the replenishing screw 32 per unit driving time is V2, and the toner feeding amount of the downstream side screw part 32J is V3, the relation of the toner feeding amount is set to V2≤V1<V3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
