<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print management server and a print management program, allowing restriction of reprinting a business form or the like including important secret information even in business form data not having information restricting a printing frequency. <P>SOLUTION: In this print management server, operation authority related to the reprinting is imparted for each combination of a user ID logging into the print management server and an attribute of the business form data. When the reprinting of the business form data is requested, it is decided whether or not the reprinting is permitted based on the operation authority imparted in association with the attribute of the business form data instructed with the reprinting, the ID of a user performing the login, the attribute of the business form data, and the user (the ID) in the middle of the login, and a frequency or the like of reprinting operation already executed by the user (the ID) in the middle of the login to the business form data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
