<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card reader by which an employee of a store can easily confirm his or her own record of in-and-out time when recording the in-and-out time of the employee. <P>SOLUTION: A portion other than an IC card reading surface S of an IC card reading part 14 is covered by a magnetic shield 15, so that the identification information recorded on the IC card can not be read even if the IC card is closely brought to the portion other than the IC card reading surface S. Also, a display part 11 for displaying information of time or the like is arranged at the backside of the IC card reading surface S. When a manager reads the IC card owned by the employee and records the in-and-out time by using the IC card reader having the above features, the display part 11 comes close to the position within the field of view of the employee and the manager, so that the employee and the manager can confirm the record of the in-and-out time of the employee in real time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
